Tecnologies
Gaggiotti brothers are the first to be engaged in the production process, Graziano as Product manager and Giuliano as Workshop manager.
This family business orientation is a model that enable us to preserve and pass down the artisanal traditions and know-how to the coming Gaggiotti generations.
Moreover, our production team members are highly skilled thanks to our focused internal education and training.
Process
From our factory at Osimo city, in the center of Italy and Adriatic Sea coast, we select accurately first choice certified material that we transform internally to pull out the maximum potentiality and performance.
We manufacture drilling tools, CFA and Kelly bars standard, customized and in large diameters.
We produce internally strips, and plates as anti-wearing from Hardox 500 Tuf, as well as auger’s and CFA’s flights in medium to large diameter.
Thanks to our well-equipped machinery workshop we are able to cover the whole manufacturing process:
