Tecnologies
Gaggiotti brothers are the first to be engaged in the production process, Graziano as Product manager and Giuliano as Workshop manager.
Thanks to this family business orientation we can preserve and pass the artisanal traditions and know-how down to the coming Gaggiotti generations.
Moreover, our production team members are highly skilled thanks to our focused internal education and training.
Process
From our factory at Osimo city, in the center of Italy and Adriatic Sea coast, we select accurately the best-certified raw materials and process thementirely in our productive premises to enhance their potential and maximise their performance.
We manufacture standard, customised and in large diameters drilling tools, CFA and Kelly bars.
We produce internally strips, and plates as anti-wearing from Hardox® wear plate 500 Tuf, as well as auger’s and CFA’s flights in medium to large diameter.
Thanks to our well-equipped machinery workshop we are able to cover the whole manufacturing process:
