The CFA system consists of intermediate sections of continuous flight augers ending with a head auger. The head auger and the sections are connected together and to the rotary of the drilling rig by quick coupling hexagonal joints.
The assembled column has a continuous hollow stem to inject concrete when the pile is bored.
The CFA head auger has teeth for soft soils or round shank bits for rocky soils. It ends with a straight or side concrete releaser.
CFA sections and head augers are available in different sizes.
